Courthouse Closed – November 25th & 26th
In observance of Thanksgiving, the County Courthouse, Annex, and satellite Tag Offices will be closed on Thursday, November 25th and Friday, November 26th. We will resume normal business operations on Monday, November 29th.
Veterans Day
In observance of Veterans Day, the Tuscaloosa County Courthouse will be closed on Thursday, November 11, 2021.
Special Veterans Day Observance
A Special Veterans Day Observance will be held in front of the County Courthouse on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at 3:00pm to honor the 13 Service Members killed in Afghanistan. The public is invited to attend. In the event of heavy rain, the event will be held at the County Annex Auditorium at 2501 7th Street.
County Fall Clean-Up
In partnership with Waste Management, Inc., the Tuscaloosa County Commission will hold the annual Fall Clean-Up this Saturday, October 30th, from 8:00am – 2:00pm. See the flyer below for collection locations and additional information.
County Commission Work Session
The Tuscaloosa County Commission will conduct a work session at 10:15 a.m. on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, following the regularly scheduled Commission meeting. The purpose of the work session will be to discuss rezoning of Commission Districts and Federal grants.
